Celestino propels business growth through deep understanding of how technological innovation and consumer behavior intersect. He has more than 20 years of experience in information technology and business leadership within the banking and financial services industries.

> Operating Partner/CTO at Leap Global Partners (VC Fund)
He was Operating Partner in a venture capital fund focused on the Latin American market and created a team specializing in accelerating the growth of startups. He helped more than 10 startups to reach the next level.
> Co-Founder & Director of IT at Transnetwork Corporation (Leader in Remittances Worldwide).
He helped start and grow Transnetwork (former CTO and employee #2), a top 3 remittance gateway; where he was involved with every aspect of the business and strategy aside from having final responsibility over IT and operations. Under his leadership, Transnetwork acquired and integrated CitiRemesas growing the business to 17 markets in LATAM. In 2017, Mexico City based private equity firm Nexxus Capital invested in Transnetwork.
